A: In order to be certified, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) requires its members to successfully complete a comprehensive home inspection exam, an industry Standards of Practice exam, and a Code of Ethics exam. A: You will be emailed the Summary Report the same day as the inspection. The Summary Report is formatted to facilitate making a request for repairs, should that be necessary. The larger Detailed Report is hand delivered 2-3 days later by pre-arrangement with the client.
